A life coach is someone who joins you on your journey towards where you want to be. They focus on what is important to you and what you are wanting for your life. They make goals with you and help you find the way forward that works for you. They are your cheerleader who celebrate every win, and they are your accountability coach who help get you back on track if you fall.

Sometimes we know what we need to do, but don’t know how to do it. Sometimes we don’t even know what to do. A life coach is perfect in both of those situations. Having someone on the journey with you can mean the world when you are feeling lost, frustrated, or hopeless. But the truth is that everyone benefits from support, accountability, and tailored learning. Life coaching is not just for those that are really struggling. It’s for anyone who wants something different than what they currently have. Even if it’s just to feel different.

Life coaching happens in 1-on-1 sessions. Each session includes a time to talk about your successes and struggles. There is also always a bit of new information to put into practice. Each session ends with action steps for the week and sharing what was meaningful to you. Because of the 1-on-1 structure, everything is personalized and it is very flexible to allow more time in whatever area you are needing that week. We talk about what matters to you. Depending on what option you choose, there are either 3 one-on-one sessions or 12.

A clear distinction between coaching and therapy is that therapy often gets into your past, and also can help you with mental health issues. Coaching is about your present and future. It is about working through what is currently hindering you and finding ways to help you move forward.

Absolutely. I have 2 different options. The first is a 3-week refresh. This is an excellent choice for the mom that just needs a little push in the right direction.
The second option is a 12-week Restore. This program is longer and more in depth. This is an excellent choice for those that need a longer period of support and accountability. This program allows for a bit more learning and helps you find your way if you are unsure what you need to do.
There is no need to decide what’s right for you at this moment. The free Discovery Session with me will help make that decision clear. And both options are a great way to take a pause, give yourself some attention, and receive support and accountability. Both receive 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are personally crafted to you and your needs/wants.

This program is called Restoration for Moms and is designed to be a holistic journey for moms to be able to flower and flourish again.
We will work through the goals you set for yourself and also bring in other topics for processing. Some of the topics we will work through are gratitude, purpose, guilt, sabotage, and joy—among others.

The 3 week program is called Refresh for Moms and is a lot less in depth. We start with looking at what is important to you and your priorities. Then we talk about stress and self-care. We finish with talking about what you are wanting for your life and making goals for you.

By setting up a free discovery session with me. This free session is available to all moms who are interested. It provides a lot of clarity for you about what you are wanting and any obstacles that may exist. It also helps uncover what your true motivations are for what you are wanting. At the end of the session, you decide if you want to move forward into a program to continue coaching with me.
